PRIMARY ELECTION

TUESDAY, JUNE 11TH

How do I vote?

You can vote on election day at a polling location, you can apply for an absentee ballot, or you can vote at your polling locations early for a set couple of weeks prior to the election.

The polling location and early voting information is not yet updated on the Secretary of State’s website. Please check back here periodically for updates.

Where is my polling location?

This information has not been released yet. I will be sure to update my website with voter information as soon as it comes available to you.

What is absentee voting?

Absentee voting is an easy way to to cast your vote from the comfort of your own home. This is especialy important to consider as we live in North Dakota and we all know the weather can be unpredictable in both June and December. By voting absentee, you’re ensuring your voice is heard if something happens and you’re unable to make it to your polling location on election day.

Where do I get my absentee ballot?

To apply, simply visit the absentee application site and fill out the application. At the end of your application, it will ask you how you would like to send your application to the county auditor. All county auditors allow you to print and mail your application to their office. More recently, some auditors have allowed you to email your ballot application to them.
